This kit is curated and designed by Wafa Ghnaim, to include (5) Syrian fabrics used for study by any textile enthusiast interested in Syrian fabric production.

Fabrics are ethically sourced directly from the weaving family located in Almidan and Aleppo, Syria.

The kit includes Aghabani, Atlas, Safadya (Carsaf), and two colors of Saya. All fabrics are closely matched to historic garments. Fabric is hand cut into approximately 10x15 inch rectangles. Small irregularities may be present in the cut lines. They are hand cut, so the lines are commonly irregular.

Each study kit includes a colorful double-sided postcard that describes the specific fabric in the kit, and their historic originations.
